Non-residential weekend retreat with Ruben Orellana

Seguros, Sticks and Stones

Registration and full payment are due by August 20.

This retreat will be focused on techniques for healing and cleansing from the ancient traditions found in the coastal regions of Peru and the high mountain plateaus.

Ruben will offer a variety of new techniques and exercises using three specific Shamanic tools. Seguros, small glass bottles filled with river water, herbs and flowers, are for absorbing and transforming energy. This sacred water has great power and can help you maintain and deepen your link to the Pachamama and the Cosmos. Coastal Curanderos use sticks (wands) for clearing heavy energy away from the physical body. In the high plateaus of Peru, a black Cuya is used to diagnose and heal physical, emotional, mental and spiritual ‘dis-ease’.

This retreat is for newcomers as well as advanced students of Andean Shamanism. Wellspring is delighted to welcome Ruben Orellana to once again join our allyu as our teacher, healer and friend.
