Vajrayana meditation on the Precious Human Life

Registration closes on October 13th.

This workshop will teach practitioners the Vajrayana practice called Meditation on the Precious Human Life. It will include The Eight Freedoms and The Ten Fortunes.

To understand The Eight Freedoms, we will discuss how our present life is free from eight types of rebirth that would greatly hinder our ability to learn Dharma. Embracing The Ten Fortunes will help us to understand that our present life is endowed with ten excellent factors which are condusive to learning, practicing and realizing the Buddha's teachings.

This Vajrayana meditation practice will help to develop different abilities and facets of our spiritual growth.

What to bring: Your own lunch; beverages and dessert are provided. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a light blanket and a notebook.

Fee: $100
