Registration closes on October 17th for the October 24th workshop.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. The word ‘Rei means universal and ‘Ki’ means life energy. Reiki is administered by ‘laying on hands’ and techniques such as this have been practiced for thousands of years. Reiki is a very simple yet powerful technique that can be learned by anyone. Reiki can be used for self-healing and relaxation or to be channeled to others.

This class will be a combination of lecture, discussion, demonstration and practice time. You will learn each symbol and its meaning , how to draw it, how to use it for self healing, and how to use it on someone else. Practice time will be given so students know from experience how the energy of each symbol feels and the results each symbol produces. Reiki symbols and their meanings are sacred. They can enhance the flow of life energy when used during a session. These symbols can also open doors to higher levels of awareness, spirituality and manifestation. Students will receive two attunements, which will enhance the participants ability to channel Reiki.
