Tibetan Buddhist silent retreats

Gathering in silence is an opportunity to rest deeply and to truly investigate the vast simplicity at the core of your being.

Each silent retreat is broken into three silent meditation sessions, each lasting 45 minutes, followed by a 15 minute silent break. You may participate in the entire morning or choose to come or go during the silent breaks. Silent meditation sessions will begin at 6:00, 7:00 and 8:00 am.

Following the retreat, you are invited to stay for a pot-luck breakfast from 9:00 - 10:00 am and to join us for the Tibetan Buddhist Sangha from 10:00 - 11:30 am.

What to bring:

Fee: $ (No fee; dana offering - if desired.)
“Intention is the core of all conscious life. It is our intentions that create karma, our intentions that help others, our intentions that lead us away from the delusions of individuality toward the immutable verities of enlightened awareness. Conscious intention colors and moves everything.”
— Master Hsing Yun, "Describing the Indescribable"
