Who are You, Really?
Registration closes on August 13.
“This above all: to thine own self be true.” -- William Shakespeare
This class will present mirrors for seeing your “self” from different angles. As Michael A. Singer has said, “If we are seeking the root of ‘self,’ what we are actually seeking is you. Should you choose to devote yourself to the ongoing journey of self-realization, you will develop a tremendous sense of respect for who you really are.”
Participants will explore:
- the voice inside your head
- understanding why you shut down
- letting go of walls
- the spiritual path of non-resistance
The instruction for this class is inspired by The Untethered Soul by Michael A. Singer.
What to bring: Water bottle and a notebook.
