Seriously... Who are you, really?
Registration closes on August 13.
“This above all: to thine own self be true.” -- William Shakespeare
This is an extension of 2017's Who are You, Really?, but it is open to everyone, whether or not you participated last year. This class will present mirrors for seeing your “self” from different angles. As Michael A. Singer has said, “If we are seeking the root of ‘self,’ what we are actually seeking is you. Should you choose to devote yourself to the ongoing journey of self-realization, you will develop a tremendous sense of respect for who you really are.”
Participants will explore:
- What makes you "ok?"
- How does the external world make you "ok?"
- How can you stop participating in your mind's struggle to be "ok?"
- Is it possible to stop struggling to be "ok?"
The instruction for this class is inspired by The Untethered Soul by Michael A. Singer.
