Gompopa studied the Kagyu tradition of Mahamudra with Milarepa, who became his principal teacher. He regarded Mahamudra meditation as the highest possible Dharma practice.

Special Note:  This two-part series requires a commitment to attend both sessions. Participants agree to pay for any missed classes on or before the date of each class. in 2019, there will be no make-up classes.
