Tibetan Buddhist silent retreats
We are not holding silent retreats in October. Please check back regarding November as the dare approaches.
Gathering in silence is an opportunity to rest deeply and to truly investigate the vast simplicity at the core of your being.
Each silent retreat is broken into three silent meditation sessions, each lasting 45 minutes, followed by a 15 minute silent break. You may participate in the entire morning or choose to come or go during the silent breaks. Silent meditation sessions will begin at 6:00, 7:00 and 8:00 am.
Following the retreat, you are invited to stay for a pot-luck breakfast from 9:00 - 10:00 am and to join us for the Tibetan Buddhist Sangha from 10:00 - 11:30 am .
What to bring:
- prayer book (if you have one)
- water bottle
- travel mug for hot beverages
- pot-luck breakfast offering
